To plan your week on the platform you don't need to do anything different from what you were already doing. Each educator can plan according to their practice.

How to make a weekly plan

You can plan by:


  • Blocks: plan divided between the morning block and the afternoon block, for example.
  • In detail: plan activity by activity, hour by hour


To make your Plan you need to:


  1. Click on the "Pencil" icon
  2. Choose "Planning".
  3. Select your group
  4. Click on the green button "Create Activity".
  5. Write the title of your activity
  6. Add a description of the activity (optional)



    7. Choose the date and start/end times of the activity

    8. Choose if the activity is only for the day that is selected or if you want it to repeat several days. Press the blank square in front of the days of the week you want to select

    9. Click "Save" at the top of the page

    10. Press "Save" again for all changes to be saved.


Articulate your plan with curriculum parameters 


The platform allows you to choose the curriculum parameters according to what you have observed, in order to understand where the interests and needs of the group lie.

Thus, you can define the educational intentionality of the plan.


To select the Curricula Parameters to be added to the Plan you have to:


  1. Select the "Curriculum Parameters" icon
  2. Analyse the observed parameters and define the parameters to observe that week.


Sharing with parents


You can share your plan whenever you want. For that you need to:


Step 1 - Access the desired plan


Step 2 - Select "Yes" on the option parents can see and Save on the green button


Copy the plan to other weeks


A tip to optimise your work is to make use of the "copy" functionality in the plan. 


Step 1 - In your week plan, select the button with the three dots in the top blue. Select the option "make a copy".


Step 2 - In the vertical column, choose the week to which you want to copy the plan and select the "next" button on the top right


Step 3 - Now that your plan is copied into the week you have chosen, don't forget to save it before continuing with your changes


Assess the Plan 


Every week you can assess and make observations on how the classroom activities went.  To reflect on your plan, you can:


Step 1 - In the week's plan, select the button with three dots at the top blue.  Select the option "Assess".


Step 2 - Add the title "Weekly Assessment"

Step 3 - Upload the photo and video records you have made of the various activities

Step 4 - Describe how these activities happened, what the children did and said


Step 5 - When you assess the plan, the curriculum tags you have set will be copied into the register. You can always add other that have emerged during the activities.

Step 6 - Add the "Plan Assess" Category

Step 7 - Save all your work



How to do a monthly Plan


Monthly plan can be done as a observation


   Step 1 - Create a observation for your classroom



Step 2 - Put as a title "plan" and in the description define the activities for that month


Step 3 - Add the curricular tags and the "Plan" category


Sharing the Plan with the parents


Once you have built your plan you can share it with the families in your classroom at any time. To do so, simply choose "Yes" in the option "Parents can see".


How to copy a Plan for the next month


You can copy the information of the activities from one month to the next.


Step 1 - In the plan you want to copy, select the 3 vertical buttons in the blue bar



Step 2 - Select "make a copy" option


Step 3 - Choose your group 


Step 4 - Choose the "next" button


Step 5 - Change the title and define new activities


Step 6 - Change your pedagogical intention and set new objectives for the planning. Save everything by selecting the save button in the bottom right corner
