Installing on Android


  1. Open the app “Google Chrome” or “Browser”  if you are using a Huawei device
  2. Open www.childdiary.netand choose the option “Login”
    1. If you are not logged in automatically, insert your email and password. 
    2. If you still cannot login, check this article.
  3. Click on the button “Install ChildDiary app”. If you don’t see this option, click on the menu button and select the option “Install ChildDiary app”.


 

  1. Follow the instructions on screen
  2. Voilá, your ChildDiary app is installed :-)


Installing on iPhone or iPad


  1. Open the Safari app
  2. Open www.childdiary.netand choose the option “Login”
    1. If you are not logged in automatically, insert your email and password. 
    2. If you still cannot login, check this article.
  3. Click on the button “Install ChildDiary app”. If you don’t see this option, click on the menu button and select the option “Install ChildDiary app”.



 

  1. Follow the instructions on screen
  2. If you don’t see the option “Main screen” in the previous step, please update your device.
  3. Voilá, your ChildDiary app is installed :-)
