Installing on Android


Step 1 - Open the app “Google Chrome” or “Browser”  if you are using a Huawei device

Step 2 - Open www.childdiary.netand choose the option “Login”

  1. If you are not logged in automatically, insert your email and password. 
  2. If you still cannot login, check this article.

Step 3 - Click on the button “Install ChildDiary app”. If you don’t see this option, click on the menu button and select the option “Install ChildDiary app”.


 

  1. Follow the instructions on screen
  2. Voilá, your ChildDiary app is installed :-)


Installing on iPhone or iPad


Step 1 - Open the Safari app


Step 2 - Open www.childdiary.netand choose the option “Login”

If you are not logged in automatically, insert your email and password. 

If you still cannot login, check this article.


Step 3 - Click on the button “Install ChildDiary app”. If you don’t see this option, click on the menu button and select the option “Install ChildDiary app”.



Step 4 – Click the button with the three dots below


Step 5 – Select the ‘Share’ option


 

Step 6 – Swipe up on the menu that appears until you find the ‘Add to Home Screen’ option


Step 7 – Open the ChildDiary app


The ChildDiary app will appear on your home screen. Look across all the screens that make up your home screen.
