What if the new school also uses ChildDiary?


If the school your child goes to already uses ChildDiary, the process is even simpler! You don't need to create a new account or manage multiple accesses:


  1. Just provide the same email address: The new person responsible for the child at the new school simply needs to provide the email address they already use in ChildDiary.
  2. Automatic link: As soon as the carer adds the child to the new school and associates their email, they will automatically be linked to your parent account.
  3. Everything in one place: You'll still have access to all the records from the previous school, and the new school will be added without any complications.

How can I access old information?


Even after joining the new school, all the records from the previous school remain available:


  1. Log in to ChildDiary: Use the same login details. You can always request account recovery. See how here.
  2. Explore the records: In the platform menu, you can browse through the old records using the search button. See how here.
