What to do with children who have left?

In the list of children, you should click on the "delete" button in front of each child

How to change children's room?

In the list of children, click on the "edit" button on each child's card and in the group field just click and choose the new group to which the child will belong.

What if I want to change several children at the same time?


Step1 - Enter the classroom and select the 3 magic dots.

Step 2 - Choose the ‘transfer children’ option


Step - 3 In the ‘Transfer to’ option, select the group to which you want to transfer the children.

Step 4 - Choose whether you want to keep the children in the original room or not.

Step 5 - Choose which children you want to transfer. And Save!

What about the educators?

The educator can either change his/her profile for the new room (settings > profile > group) or wait for the Director of Education to make the change. In the second case it will be necessary to log out and log back in again.



How do I consult my child's Portfolio?



With the possibility of the child being in more than one group at the same time, the organisation of information (the child's Portfolio) has undergone a structural change. 


In order for the current educator to be able to consult the shares that were created in the child's previous group, the Educator must have access to the child and the Group, or access to the child and the option to ‘View other groups of the child’ active. 


These settings must be changed by the Management Profile on the user in question. Here's how you can change a user's settings.




Let's look at a practical case



Last year the child João was in the Swallows room with the teacher Patrícia. This year João is in the Little Birds room with teacher Maria. Maria will be able to see what Patrícia has shared with João IF she has access to the Swallows Group (in the teacher's profile - You can see other children's groups). 


To see what Patrícia created the previous year, Maria should go to General and search for the child.
