However, the powerpoint format is not supported on mobile phones without the installation of an external application.

Therefore, we recommend that you save your powerpoint presentation in a format that can be viewed on mobile phones.

Share presentation WITHOUT video/sound/animation

You can share your presentation without sound/video/animation directly on ChildDiary however we recommend that you convert to PDF format so that all families can see it.

To convert to PDF simply:

• Click on "File"
• Choose "Save As".
• Select a pdf format
• You can now share your presentation in pdf format

Share presentation WITH video/sound/animation

To share a presentation that has video/sound/animation, you should save your presentation as mp4 . To do that you just need to:

• Click on "File"
• Choose "Save as".
• Select mp4 format
• You can now share your presentation in mp4 format
