The Management profile can be associated with multiple users, depending on the structure and needs of the school.

In addition to administrative responsibilities, Management can also be directly responsible for one or more rooms.


In such cases, it’s common to need closer oversight of communication between parents and educators.

If needed, the Management profile can be configured to receive all notifications that parents send to the educators of a specific group. 


This way, Management stays informed about everything happening in the account and can more actively monitor communication and classroom activity.


Follow these steps:


Step 1 - Go to the button with the 3 white bars

Step 2 - Select the ‘Profile’ option


Step 3 - Define which groups you want to receive notifications from. Here you can select only the groups you want or all of them.
