As there are more sensitive or private matters that should not be known to the Educator, the Management/Coordination can communicate directly with families privately.


To send a Message to which only parents have access, simply:



Step 1 - In your account select the ‘Message’ option (pencil > message)


Step 2 - Define who the message goes to;


  • If you want to send a message to the whole school, select the ‘Alll’ option and the ‘Alll’ group as well.


  • If you want to send the same message to children who belong to different groups, set the ‘All’ option and select the children


  • If you want to send the same message to more than one group, set the ‘Alll’ option and select the rooms you want.


  • If you only want to send the same message to one group or one child, select the name of the room or the child.



    Step 3 - Write the content of the Message and attach documents if necessary

    Step 4 - In the ‘Send to’ option, select whether you want to send only to parents or whether the Educator should also see the Message
