If you prefer to keep track of your observations and assessments and at the end check all the information and only then share it with the parents, just do the following:
- Access History and then choose "Observations" or "Assessments" (for how to look up information see this article).
- Click on "Search" and then "View only unshared" and then "Search".
a. This way you will access all the Entries and Evaluations you have made and not shared with the Families

3. Select all or some of the Observations/Assessments you want to share
4. Click on "Share Selection".
