To create a video call with the children or to schedule meetings with the families you just need to:

Step 1- Create an Event: Go to "Pencil" and select the option "Event".

Step 2- Select the child(ren) or group to be invited to the video call

Step 3- Add the Title and date of the video call

Step 4- Select the option "Yes" in "Include video call".

Step 5- Save
