To recover team members that have been deleted simply:
Step 1 - Select the "All" Group or the Group the team member used to belong to
Step 2 - Click on "People"
Step 3 - Click on the three little magic dots
Step 4 - Select the option "Show Deleted
Step 6 - Choose the person you want to retrieve
Step 7 - Click on the "Restore" button
